Sales terms:
All custom sales are final. Texas law requires us to operate under state sales tax and other laws regardless where the sale is made or shipped to. Buyer agrees to our standard terms & conditions for all sales. This agreement is deemed to be entered into, executed, and performed in San Antonio, Texas and shall be construed, interpreted, governed, and enforces in accordance with the law of the State of Texas. The proper Venue for enforcement of this agreement shall be Bexar County, Texas.
